Approached up old stone steps the double front door opens into an impressive reception hall.  With its original light flagstone flooring, doors lead into the Salle à Manger, Salon, and west corridor. Two hand painted mural style pictures take pride of place painted by French resident and artist Sarah Wood.  These depict both Chateau Charly itself and the iconic Castle Cornet in Guernsey, Channel Islands.  Guests will note the strong connections with Guernsey in the names of some of the bedroom suites.  This is borne out of the deep links with the two Guernsey based benefitting charities.

A beautifully restored wooden staircase gently meanders around to the top floor with the bedroom suites and Library.
