Tariffs

We are offering what we believe to be a truly unique opportunity. You decide for yourself the value of your luxury stay here in Chateau Charly. 

This concept will benefit our 2 chosen charities as 100% of the amount you decide to pay for Bed & Breakfast will be passed over by us.

This means that YOU have control and importantly a direct input to the work that is carried out by Sarah in both Haiti and Sri Lanka.  You can then follow her continuing work on line. Please see the websites: www.bridge2srilanka.com and www.bridge2haiti.com

Our normal room rate for Bed & Breakfast is 140 Euros per room per night (min of 2 night stay). Petit Beaucette when booked together with Beaucette 80 euros per room per night.

Payments:

1. Chateau Charly will collect deposits and balances for any bookings that we confirm.
2. We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers and cheques.
3. We collect a 30% deposit from you to confirm your booking.
4. The 70% balance is collected from you 10 weeks prior to your holiday start date.
5. Payments can be made by bank transfer or cheque.  

Cancellations:

1. Once the deposit has been collected and paid it is our policy  that it is non-refundable in any instance unless the holiday is cancelled by us (in which case a full refund is owed).
2. The same applies to the balance (i.e. once it has been collected it is non-refundable). If you cancel the holiday before the balance is paid you forfeit the deposit but are not compelled to pay the balance.
