Owner and director - Paul Solomons

The concept of running Chateau Charly as a Not For Profit organization was born when Paul decided to combine his love of France, property and luxury marketing together with his overwhelming desire to help those less fortunate than himself.

Founder of the 2 charities and co-director - Sarah Griffith

Sarah founded Bridge2SriLanka after the Asian Tsunami of 2004 and Bridge2Haiti after the Haitian earthquake of Jan 2010 and works in both countries sharing her time between Sri Lanka – Haiti – Guernsey – and Chateau Charly.  
She met Paul by chance in 2005 and they have been firm friends ever since – the common interest for them being the charities and now Chateau Charly.
The Chateau is set up with the express purpose of channeling funding into the 2 charities and allowing projects to continue into the future.
Sarah’s background includes catering, retailing and her current hands on charity work.
When Sarah is at the Chateau she will be more than happy to chat about her experiences in both countries.

Our Manager - Anna Wallace

Anna has an infectious bubbly personality and brings her efficient management style to our team with her wealth of both catering and just ‘being amongst people’, style. She is well known for her enthusiasm and passion for cookery!
Anna has worked in hotels and the hospitality trade for many years in the UK, Scotland and until very recently she managed a very busy bar serving quality food and drinks in Guernsey.

(Anna is the only paid full time member of staff)
